LOCATION:  Mayfield Heights City Park, 1533 Chelmsford Road, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124

START TIME:  10:00am

END TIME:  2:30pm championship game

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:  12 teams 7-10 players per team, double elimination

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:  T-shirt and 1 free ticket to a Monsters game with discounted additional tickets 

COST FOR PARTICIPANTS:  $280 per team, $40 (free agent/individuals)

• If you already have a team formed, please register together as a TEAM PLAYER (Select Team 3, 4, 5 etc.  and once the team is full you will be invoiced for your portion of the $280)
• If you register as an INDIVIDUAL, you will be considered a free agent and placed on a random pre-existing team

HOW TO REGISTER A TEAM

• Email rpayne@clevelandmonsters.com with the following information:
  
  • Your team name
  • How many people will be on your team - this will allow the Monsters to split your team fees evenly across your whole team
• You will receive an email to confirm we have created your team
  
  • All players of your team will register as a team player under your team name
